Prospects From The Students

  Students should speak only English on campus.

  Students are expected to make good use of the books available in the library.Students should read according to the reading programme and make proper entry of the readings.

 Students are expected to have a good peer group understanding and to be friendly with one another.

 Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum in the class, as well as on campus.

 Students are expected to finish the home assignments, worksheets and projects and submit them on time. Habitual negligence in school/practice work and any act of misconduct and dishonesty on the part of any student will call for severe disciplinary action.

 Every student is personally responsible for his or her belongings.

Arrival Time

  The morning assembly is a prodigious tool in cultivating the excellence in every child.

  The assembly has the schema of programme to establish the children in their own spiritual trust,national respect and adoration and self-confidence through public speaking and general knowledge skills.

  Every child of St. Jude’s Hi-Tech is expected to be in the campus before 08.55 am to experience through assembly.

  Parents are not permitted to visit the child during the class hours as it would lead to distraction.

Leaving Campus During The Classroom

  Students are not allowed to leave campus before the end of the school day without permission from the principal.

  Parents, who know that a child will have to leave school before the end of the school day, should send a note through the handbook in advance.

  In an unplanned situation, parents should report to the principal’s office to get an exit pass from the principal for dismissal of their child.

Endorsement of Parents and Guardians

  Parents / Guardians are advised to attend the general counselling and parent teacher meeting and open House regularly and make use of the opportunity to discuss the development and progress of children.

  If a student is absent for more than three consecutive days the class teacher must be informed in time by parents / guardians.

  When the wards complete his/her homework parents must check and sign them every day.

  All the articles like Tiffen boxes, table napkins, umbrella etc. should be marked with name and class. This will help us to return the lost articles safely.

  All parents must get permission from the school authority to meet their child/ ward during class hours. Students will be allowed to go only with the authorized persons whose photographs are submitted in the office during the admission.

  Parents must ensure that their visits are recorded in the “Visitor’s Register” kept the St. Jude’s Hi-Tech School office.
